2017 Harley Davidson Test Ride - Kane's Test Our Metal 2016

Another year, another Test Our Metal demo ride at Kane's Harley Davidson.

Big thanks to HD and Kane's who let us ride 4 brand new 2017 bikes!

My dad rode:

• Fat Boy
• Ran out of cornering clearance very fast as you'll hear in the video.
• Soft Tail Slim S

I rode:

• Street Bob
• So uncomfortable! Ergonomics did not work for me.
• Low Rider S
• The 'S' is for Sport ;) Great sound, better cornering clearance, and a peppy engine. My pick out of the bikes we rode this year!

My dad and I have been doing some V-Stroming around McLean Creek here in Alberta. Lots of fun and challenging trails to explore - some with rocks, some with water.

Finished the day on Gorge Creek Trail which used to be a long loop but has been blocked off by a locked gate :-/ Bizarrely, they had left all the road signs up but the grass had taken over the old gravel road...creepy.

McLean Creek Riding!

Brought the V-Stroms out to McLean Creek for an exploratory mission to see if there was anything that the bike would be capable of doing. Lots of fun. We'll be back another day for more when:

• It's not so busy for the long weekend
• Our camera batteries are full
